Question: I have been diagnosed with RSI by my GP, consultant rheumatologist and my Occupational Health doctor – who after several relapses in my condition has recommended I change my hours to part time – my company at present is offering no compensation for this up until this point my company have been very supportive but suddenly at the mention of reduced hours I feel as though all support has gone.
Am I entitled to any compensation legally and does anyone know a good way to go about trying to get some!!
