Question: Does anyone know of demonstrable evidence of coffee consumption making RSI worse and conversely, cutting out the coffee leading to improvement?  I’m trying to trace the cause of a seemingly inexplicable relapse . . .

Answer: Coffee withdrawal can certainly cause all sorts of symptoms, after a surprisingly short period of abstinence. I don’t have any information on whether consuming it is bad for RSI.
