Advice: I’m not a keen cyclist but when I do go out on a bike (and these are only gentle rides!) I have quite a lot of problems with my wrist. Sometimes even the car’s steering wheel causes problems.  My physio suggests raising my normal handlebars so that I am most comfortable holding them. The correct cycle position is too low for me and raising the handlebars seems to have helped a bit!

Comments: I agree with the driving!  I am now unable to drive comfortably unless the vehicle has power steering.
