Can someone explain to me why injuries of this type are so long winded and permanent in some cases?

Question: There are two things I don’t understand here. Firstly where is the NHS and so called conventional medicine in all of this. Everyone here seems to have gone the physio, chiro osteopath route and that as we know is private and expensive particularly as the whole point of this is the inability to do one’s job?

Why when there are so many people suffering from this is not being diagnosed, and treated properly on the NHS.  secondly can someone explain to me why injuries of this type are so long winded and permanent in some cases. people pull ligaments and tear muscles and tendons all the time and they heal. also people sever and damage nerves and they can be fixed so what is it about this type of injury?

I really need to try to understand this thing. Also what on earth do people do when their GP just keeps sending them home to rest after 11 months and refuses to do tests. What type of specialist do I demand to see?
