Question: Does someone have good experience with alternative treatments?
Answer 1: A combination of remedial massage, Alexander Technique, cranial osteopathy and herbal anti-inflammatory medication (along with taking general care of how I use my body) is having as low but steady effect . . . I’m definitely better than I was a year ago. It’s up and down, of course, so I have to take a long view to see the improvement . . . but it is there.
Answer 2: I have found alternative medicine, especially Chinese massage (ying/yang) exceptionally valuable in shoulder, and upper back repetitive issues. Several cases of diagnosed “carpal tunnel” have responded well to the massage therapy hence, preventing surgical intervention.
