Does anyone know what the long term effects of taking 6000 to 7000mg of Paracetamol per day is?

Question: Does anyone know what the long term effects of taking 6000 to 7000mg of Paracetamol per day is? I have found a herbal pain killer that has helped reduce this to about 2000mg per day. Unfortunately it costs $30 Oust for a two week course. I am going to try to get my compensation people to re-imburse me but I will some medical evidence supporting it. The herbal is called ZINAX. It is a ginger extract.

Answer 1: Paracetamol can cause permanent liver damage. It’s absolutely not a drug to take too much of. According to the insert in my package of paracetamol, the maximum safe dose for an adult is 4000mg per day. Your doctor could run liver function tests to make sure no damage has been done.

Answer 2: Paracetamol is a very dicey drug to take too many of. In universities we see again and again “cry for help” “suicides” take a few too many (which can be as few as 10 tablets) and then die a few weeks later of liver failure. NEVER exceed the stated maximum dose.
