Question: Can anyone recommend a good audio tape for pain management/healing please? I have looked at Amazon but there are so many that it is impossible to choose. I am currently having a hard time dealing with the pain of a major flare up of tenosynovitis in my wrist and would like to try some positive mental thought!
Answer: My suggestion is to find a good yoga instructor who can teach you some pranayama (breathing practices). This will get more oxygen into your system. When you practice pranayama you must concentrate and this keeps your mind off the pain. This way you’ll get dual benefits.
