Question: Is it recommended to use a Palm III organiser if you have RSI?
Answer: A while ago someone on this list (sorry, don’t remember your name) recommended the Palm III hand-held organiser to me. Well, I’ve finally got one to replace my Psion 3 and it’s superb. The touch-sensitive screen is much easier on the hands than the Psion’s tiny keyboard. Also, because it is so compatible with my computer, I can enter large amounts of data using VR and then transfer it to the Palm for reference when I’m out of the office. The only thing that I found hard was holding the tiny wand for long periods, so I use the chunky pen from my Wacom ArtPad when I’m at my desk. Yes, I’d recommend the Palm to anyone, especially if you have RSI problems. Thanks for the recommendation!
