RSI and Book Title

Question: The name of a book I found that listers may be interested in is ‘Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other Repetitive Strain Injuries’ It is by Sharon Butler, and it is based on ‘myofacial’ stretches, with sections of shoulders, forearms, fingers and thumbs. I am interested in knowing about the effect of yoga on RSI (especially shoulder based). I feel like taking up yoga but then wonder if TaiChi might be better.
