Question: Has anyone had their employment contract terminated because of their RSI and inability to work? If so what did you do? Were you entitled to a payout of some sort? What law firm did you use to negotiate? (I’m in the London area) Any advice would be appreciated.
Answer: I haven’t, but I never tell my employers – when I get a new job – of the problem, and just deal with it as I go along. I am fortunate that I can use relaxation techniques to help control it.
